MS dhoni given break from world cup 2019??

As we all know that our former Skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni dropped from the Indian T20 squad for the three matches against the West Indies and also the subsequent 3 T20 matches against Australia,  now the spectators want to know is he is playing in World Cup 2019.
