MS dhoni given break from world cup 2019??

As we all know that our former Skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni dropped from the Indian T20 squad for the three matches against the West Indies and also the subsequent 3 T20 matches against Australia,  now the spectators want to know is he is playing in World Cup 2019.
After he got dropped from the Indian T20 team the news rumors around everybody is that he will get set dropped from the Indian ODI team. And it may be the end of the chapter for the world cup winning captain.
BCCI chairman of selectors MSK Prasad announced that Dhoni isn't part of the T20 squad for or West Indies and Australia tour and given a chance to Rishabh pant and he is set to down the big gloves.
In conversation with OTV, is cricketer Dilip Vengsarkar spokes that these are the exact words of him?
"I guess Dhoni wants to play only one format of the game, so that he can play in   the  World Cup 2019 which will held in England , that’s what I feel.
 And you should look ahead as well.  As Rishabh pant is a young guy, very talented, & he did very well in the IPL as well Should given the chance to play for India. I think India is looking for a guy who could play for India for a long time.and can deliver in the same way that MS has done in the past. 
This is a clear indication that MS Dhoni is going to play the world cup 2019 which is created what you want to put his whole effort to win one more World Cup.
Until the team for World Cup 2019 will not be announced we definitely seeing MS Dhoni in the squad.
According to me is a great player. And with the passage of time he shows no effect on his cricket, is physical fitness is just remain the same .
